Description
Do you want know more about your monthly cycle,
and its effects on your body and mind?
Do you want a natural way to avoid falling pregnancy,
or to plan your next pregnancy?
Sarah’s One Moon Fertility Chart helps you to keep track of your body’s monthly cycle through recording your bleeding pattern, temperature, mucus patterns, emotional state and sexual activity, helping you to understand and enjoy your cycle.
If you are looking for alternatives to hormonal contraception such as the contraceptive pill, then charting your cycle is an excellent way to monitor your fertility, helping you to achieve or avoid pregnancy. Charting can also help you to discover more about your body and it’s rhythms.
If you are trying to conceive, the information will help you to find your most fertile times, and increase your chances of conception. If you conceive while charting, your conception information will give you the most accurate due date possible. Charting will also help you to know when your fertility has returned postpartum.
Sarah developed the One Moon Chart with her husband Nicholas, and has used and refined it over 12 years. It has also been used for fertility workshops and was included in the Bellies, Babes Bots and Boobs calendars, published in Queensland (Australia) in 2005, 2006, and 2009.
The two-page chart includes space to record your daily temperature; your bleeding pattern, cervical mucus, sexual activity, mood and energy, and phase of the moon (which can help with fertility).
Instructions and resources are featured on the reverse, including recommended reading. Printable Celsius and Fahrenheit versions are both provided.
NB: This chart is not a stand-alone product to use for contraception. If you want to avoid pregnancy, Sarah recommends you also access other resources such as the books recommended on her chart and/or personal instruction from a natural fertility practitioner.
“I’ve recommended Sarah’s chart to my clients now for many years as a useful tool to assist them to understand the clues their bodies give them, and to help pin point ovulation in their menstrual cycles.
This helps so many women not only achieve conscious conception, but also helps to avoid pregnancy naturally when it’s not desirable. It is an easy to use chart and a great point of reference to take to a natural family planner or fertility specialist if pregnancy is taking longer than anticipated.”
