Gentle Natural Birth Delivery and Returns Policy
After ordering online via Eway, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). You will normally receive confirmation within a few minutes of ordering.
We generally post your goods via Australia Post (Express Post within Australia, First class airmail outside Australia) within 5 working days. However if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer. We will inform you if there are delays in posting.
Our delivery systems are very reliable to most places in the world. However, you have not received your parcel, within 10 days (Australia) or 3 weeks (other places) please email us info(at)sarahbuckley.com
Please note that tracking is not available worldwide, and therefore we do not offer this routinely. If you would like tracking on your order outside Australia, please contact info(at)sarahbuckley.com and we will check your country’s availability. An extra fee may apply.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30-day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info(at)sarahbuckley.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer, but may be refunded if we determine that the goods were originally faulty.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we also advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Gentle Natural Birth will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
